Mission
EcoLabs is a not for profit graphic design research lab and studio engaged in the visual communication of complex problems. We create resources, projects and programs that nurture ecological literacy, critical whole systems thinking and agency in response to environmental challenges. These new cognitive and social capacities are foundational for the development of new ecologically viable ways of living. EcoLabs has worked since 2006 advocating ecological literacy in the design industry, higher education and environmental communication.
